Our group had trouble narrowing down an appropriate event idea at first, which took precious time away from the planning process. We ended up sacrificing some formal organization in favor of advertising and preparing games themselves.

We put together half-sheet pamphlets to take home and kept the website pulled up, but we could have offered more statistics.

Game Night worked well as an example in action. As hard as we worked on creating the Zebra Project, we didn't want an overly formal event - it was supposed to be casual, fun, and educational.

We had 41 coping skills on the board

We hosted a game night Oct 23rd from 5-10 in Memorial. We chose such a long event for accessibility - games last varied lengths and we wanted a good turn out.

We hoped to have a turn out of 30 people and gathered examples of how each person copes, as well as quotes and jokes (below).

Our Event

Overall i would consider this a successful event.
